I know I’m not one to get into with teen high school dramas, but man I’m obsessed with this show. It is freaking sweet. I know you’re saying ‘Hasan I don’t have time for hour long teen dramas’ so hear me out. You have to at least check out the pilot episode. I caught it on a plane ride back from the motherland. I laughed. I cried.It was like my first time hearing the Beatles, and I don’t even listen to the Beatles.
Now that the wrtiers strike is over all the ‘Lost’ and ‘Greys’ fans are going nuts because their shows are back in full swing, but now I hear they’re thinking about cancelling FNL?!? (That’s right, I gave it an acronym) This is rediculous. Just when the love parallelogram was getting good, they’re going to cut the series. Apparently there’s this website out there that’s trying to keep the show going but I don’t want it to end up like ‘Arrested Development’ or ‘Freaks and Geeks’. Don’t do this to me NBC. Not now. I want to see if Matt and Julie get back together.

Now, I wasn’t a huge fan of Dwight Howard’s ‘Superman’ dunk—because technically it wasn’t even a dunk. But man, this footage is rediculous. Something about this video makes me want to buy Vitamin Water….hmmm….

So this past weekend was NBA All Star Weekend. My favorite weekend of the year. For All Star Saturday Night, Rudy Gay from the Memphis Grizzlies had a dunk competition on Youtube-post your best dunk, and he’‘ll pick the best one to perform in the Dunk Contest that night. We all know I’m a high flyer so I had to post my best dunks with the help of Sumair Khan.
Seeing as how Rudy sucked it up on Saturday night we can deduce that he was inspired by our video.
