A new short I shot with Sammy Obeid:
Jay-z featured on Barack Obama’s Youtube channel. Hov spoke at Virginia Union College in Richmond, VA and put election day in historical perspective. I love how he exited to the classic track ‘You don’t know’.
“Obama’s running so we can all fly!“
Even when it’s a speech you’re killing ‘em Hov!
My nephew Sam loves playing with the camera on my Macbook. I’m not gonna lie; after a while I start to give in too:

Oh snap son! This is one of the few times I wish I lived in Cleveland.
From Pitchfork Media:
“Jay-Z will continue his spate of shows in support of Barack Obama’s presidential campaign with an appearance at the Q (aka Quicken Loans Arena) in Cleveland on October 29 [via Rock & Roll Daily].
Hosted by basketball superstar, awkward dancer, and friend of Soulja Boy LeBron James, the Last Chance for Change rally is a free event aimed at encouraging early voting. The rally is open to all Ohio residents, and tickets can be obtained from Ohio Campaign for Change offices across the Cleveland area.“
Oh and in other news, Hov is set to release Blueprint 3 on December 2nd. Why not the auspicious date of December 4th Hov?
Until I realized this was a mass email. I was this close to thinking I was part of the power 3 Michelle. I guess not.

To the way I write my jokes:
Wasn’t a huge fan of this week’s SNL with Sarah Palin, although the Palin Raps video was pretty funny:
Wish they could have followed up Samberg’s impression of Mark Wahlberg a little better. It was dead on last week:
Had a great time at this year’s Standup for Diversity. The Baltimore/DC standup scene and comics are great. If you live in the area definitely check out John McBride and Seaton Smith.
